At ShopyAlert, we value the privacy of our users and their end customers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in compliance with international data protection standards.

2. Information We Collect

  • User Data: Name, email address, and billing information when creating an account.
  • Shopify Data: Through the API, we access order, customer, and product data necessary exclusively to execute the requested automations.
  • WhatsApp Metadata: Records of messages sent for audit purposes of automation success.

3. Use of Information

Information is used solely for:

  • Executing configured automation workflows.
  • Sending service status notifications and technical support.
  • Improving platform performance and security.

4. Data Security

We implement technical security measures such as data encryption at rest and in transit through our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Hostinger). However, no internet transmission method is 100% secure.

5. Transfer to Third Parties

ShopyAlert does not sell, rent, or share personal data for commercial purposes. We only share data with essential service providers (e.g., hosting services, notification processing) necessary to operate the platform.

6. User Rights

Any user can request access, correction, or permanent deletion of their personal data by submitting a request to our technical support. Upon account deletion, all linked data will be deleted from our active servers within 30 days.
