ShopyAlert Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the ShopyAlert platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these points, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Description

ShopyAlert provides automation tools for Shopify stores, integrating workflows through n8n, WhatsApp, and databases. The Service is offered under a monthly/annual subscription model.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Technical Failures: ShopyAlert does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for loss of income, sales, or data resulting from system downtime or errors in automation workflows.
  • User Configuration: The user is solely responsible for the correct configuration of their automations. Any errors in message delivery or order management due to misconfiguration are the exclusive responsibility of the user.
  • Third-Party Services: ShopyAlert depends on third-party APIs (Shopify, WhatsApp/Meta, Hostinger). We are not responsible for changes in policies or technical failures of those external platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, logos, pre-configured n8n workflows, and texts are exclusive property of the ShopyAlert founding team. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use during their subscription period.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Fees are paid in advance and exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, and other major networks). ShopyAlert does not accept credit cards, bank transfers, or traditional payment gateways.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service and the irreversibility of on-chain transactions, refunds will not be offered for already-billed periods, unless a total critical failure directly attributable to ShopyAlert is demonstrated.

6. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that engage in suspicious activities, WhatsApp spam use, or violate Shopify policies.

7. Modifications

The ShopyAlert team can modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
